Welcome to HawkDevOps. By accessing our website and utilizing our software engineering, web development, and digital consulting services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.
1. Scope of Services
HawkDevOps provides professional digital services, including website development, software engineering, digital marketing, graphic design, and video editing. Specific project milestones, deliverables, and timelines are governed by individual client agreements and Statements of Work (SOW).
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all source code, graphic designs, copy, and marketing assets developed by HawkDevOps shall remain our intellectual property until full and final payment has been made by the client. Upon receipt of final payment, ownership of the specific custom deliverables is transferred to the client.
3. Payment Terms
Clients agree to pay all fees associated with services rendered in accordance with the terms specified in their project agreement. Late payments may result in the suspension of active development or hosting services.
4. Limitation of Liability
HawkDevOps, its employees, and directors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to business interruption, loss of profits, or data loss.
5. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
